American Oak Chips with a medium toast. Provides complex, pleasant and well defined toasted oak characters and aromas of vanilla, toffee, butterscotch, chocolate, coffee, mocha, graham cracker, with a touch of nutmeg and clove. The flavors provide sweetness, creaminess and roundness to the mouth feel with a lingering pronounced toast character. American Oak Chips are beneficial for introducing premium oak characters to beverages at a low cost while offering positive effects on color, aromas, flavor, mouth-feel as well as creating depth and body. American Oak Chips have a slightly sweeter character compared to French Oak Chips.
Dosage: 0.25 to 0.75 oz per gallon
