MALOBOOST® is mainly used:

  • In wines lacking in nutrients (thermovinification, absence of lees, very low turbidity…).
  • After a sluggish alcoholic fermentation.
  • In case of difficult conditions: High ABV, low temperature, low acidity, late or “springtime” MLF…
  • Suitable for all types of wine.
