Our Microscopic Examination uses Phase Contrast Microscopy methodology, which converts phase shifts in light passing through a transparent specimen to brightness changes in the image, revealing many cellular structures that are not visible otherwise. A Microscopic Examination is a great way to help determine the presence of obvious unwanted microorganisms. Based on the results, we will assist with possible solutions for elimination. A Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Panel may also be needed for a more precise identification and cell quantity.
An examination includes high resolution imagery and video up to 1000x magnification as well as our recommendations.
