Phosphoric Acid 25% 1000ml Bottle (1L, 1qt). Packaged in a heavy wall recloseable plastic cylinder bottle with handle. Used to perform the aeration/oxidation Free SO2 test in finished wines. Is also used to lower mash or sparge water pH as it is more stable than lactic acid at higher temperatures.
