STABIVIN® is a 100% Verek gum arabic solution with a high protection index (> 8). The specific manufacturing conditions guarantee a clear, stable preparation for improved efficiency.
STABIVIN® is a concentrated aqueous solution, ready for incorporation into the wine.
STABIVIN® is a hydrophilic colloid which aims to counter hazes and colloidal deposits, allowing the wine to retain maximum clarity:
• Stabilizes unstable coloring matter.
• Increases protection with regard to metallic or protein casses.
• Synergistic action with POLYTARTRYL, for improved stabilization with regard to tartaric precipitations.
STABIVIN® must be used on perfectly clarified wines. It can be incorporated after filtration.
